When do pre-orders open and close?
Pre-order dates will be stated during each pre order round, due to manufacturing availability. 

How long is the turnaround time?
Please allow 9 - 10 weeks from pre-order close. This time allows for fabric to be manufactured and garments to be carefully made.

Can I cancel or change my order?
All pre-order items are made to order and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for change of mind.
